How to remove trojan virus in system32

I got a notification that my pc has been infected with 2 trojan viruses. One in my conhost.exe file and another in my powershell.exe file. I was thinking a factory reset would do the trick but before I was going to do it I was checking if viruses could survive a factory reset and they can. I only have the free avast anti-virus and I think both viruses were called agent-bdja (I also have windows 11 btw). I don't know what to do. Please help.

Edit: I now even got a notification that they are trying to phish my data

    Try run a full scan with Avast and see if it detects other Anti-Malware products?
