my game player wont start because it says hyper-v is on even though its off

I have a playstore that tells me that Hyper-V is still and that it can't run the game whenever I try to load a game and I have tried everything I can I've used windows powershell, command prompt, Services, everything.

Hi,

To turn off Hyper-V, please run "Trun Windows features on or off" from the start menu and deselect the Hyper-V feature. You can also disable the virtualization like Intel VT or AMD SVM in your BIOS/UEFI.

This Method doesn't work, as Hyper-V does not appear.
