It is likely that the uninstall script provided by that vendor is buggy and forgot to clean up all the registry keys it created. Unless you are very familiar with Windows Explorer registry keys for such settings, you shouldn't attempt to make changes yourself to resolve it.

Contact the vendor of that installer and ask them for assistance.

I opened the folder you mentioned, but there is no program that I uninstalled. Although it did not solve the problem, thank you for your help. I believe it may disappear by itself in the future.

Spot on! This worked for me. In File Explorer 'View' I ticked 'Hidden items' I then worked my way down to Programs (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs). Found the Icon that wasn't required and right clicked to get the delete option. Many thanks to Limitless Technology for their help.

In Windows 11, If you right click the offending Icon, select More, File location. it will take you to where the file is. All you do then is right click and select delete. You may have to scroll down to find the delete option. This might also work for other versions of Windows. It's worth trying.

My path doesn't look like that. In fact over the last 30 years, my path RARELY matches examples on the net whether it be a program or a operating system. Here is an example of not being anything like the example.
