Windows Failover cluster Witness disk failover

Suppose I am having 2 node cluster with a witness disk .

When the node need to reboot / shutdown for maintence .

if the current owner of the witness disk is the node that need to reboot, is it recommended to move the witness disk owner to another node first before reboot ?
