Hi, are there are any recommendations for replacement USB cables? I am looking for A-B, not C-C I have he brick and the power supply, but need a replacement USB cable to connect to a PC. I purchased one from Monoprice, but it's not working as it should. I'm getting a solid white light when connected to both PC and the power supply, but some of the video feeds come in very glitchy. TIA!

Did you search in the web and not found anything useful? Ensure that cable meet the required specifications.

Have you referred to this section about the Indicators ?
It is also recommended to use a passive cable that is less than 1.5m in length. If longer, use an active cable. The cable needs to support at least 1.5A. Otherwise, you need to connect an external power supply. You can verify the cable by connecting the device via the cable to the host PC and validating that all devices enumerate correctly in Windows device manager.

I have tried many usb cables available and haven't found a replacement that transmits the image reliably to a PC. Can you recommend a specific product or do you even have replacement USB cables for purchase?
