Add admin on behalf of (AOBO) links to workloads

After you set up granular delegated admin privileges and you assign the Microsoft Entra roles, the easiest way to navigate to a customer's workload is by using the linked resources on the Service management page in Partner Center.

Administer services

Here are the steps to manage a customer's workload by accessing an AOBO link.

1. Sign in to Partner Center, then select Customers.
2. Select Administer, choose the relevant customer from the list, then select Service management.
3. Select the workload you would like to manage or administer.
