I want to detect that a meeting was held in Microsoft Teams with a native Windows app

Is there a way to detect that an MS Teams meeting has started in a Windows application?
I expect it to be possible with the Microsoft Graph call object, but I'm not sure.

    @tkhr - Currently it is not possible to detect that an MS Teams meeting has started using Microsoft Graph.
