Hi,

I have somehow managed to limit my permissions as a farm admin.
I cannot "view all site collections", https://xxxxx:yyyy/_admin/SiteCollections.aspx?ReturnSelectionPage=/applications.aspx, in central admin.
I get "Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you.".

My Account is a member of the farm administrators group as well as the service account for "Farm Account".
What have I missed?

    Hi @Daniel M ,

This issue may be caused by your farm admin account is not a local administrator. Have a try to run Central Administration as administrator or run IE as administrator and then access Central Administration.

    Hi!

I had the same issue when I restored a content DB that I received from an external client and the site collection administrators of restored content DB where unavailable since the content DB originally was hosted in a different Active Directory domain.

First I tried to configure Site Collection Administators in Central Admin but I got "Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you."

Then I used Set-SpSite command to set Site Collection Administators from PowerShell and then it solved the problem.
