Hi all,

I am giving an example.
I am deploying application to over 100 android tablet for prison inmate environment. this is for education purpose for them to use the android for learning. but right now I got some concern on application deploying using this method of enrollment.

because Google Plays Store require user to sign in their personal google account. but on my environment I am not suppose to allow user to use their personal Gmail.
if i try to deploy application to android device, it will prompt for Gmail account on my device.

  1. is there a way to deploy application to Android device without user signing into their own android device?
  2. is no, can i use 1 Gmail account across 100 tablet? and prevent user from signing out from google playstore?

if the above is all No, do you have a better solution? example like a managed google play store? can Intune do it?

    Hi,

Research but not find the function to prevent user from signing into personal account or prevent signing out in Intune.

To deploy application without personal account, we can try to deploy Managed Google Play apps to Android corporate-owned or fully managed devices. Here is a link list the detail steps for the reference:

    Hope it can help
