Azure Fundamentals not updating the completion status

Question

I have completed 7 modules in the Azure Fundamental Course and the same is logged in my profile activity page. But the course page is showing as none of the modules as completed and I am not able to complete the remaining modules also. Did anyone else face the same issue? Kindly help. TIA.
