cant finish my modules, and i've lost all my progress..

Question

today i came across this issue, just finshed the module, answered the last questions and tryed to click on the 'next' button but it tells me to go back to the first page of the module and dont allow me to finish, hence i have losted all the progress i have accomplished.. so sad :(
