keyboard language change in every hit of mouse

good day

in windows server 2019 std edition something change the keyboard language selection and i use two languages, us as main and Greek, ever time i change to Greek, in every use on my mouse to select anything as an example to open a file, to write a name to save something the language keeps turning to US to main, in effect of that in every minute i have got to change over 60 times the keyboard language.

Please help i cannot work.

Hi,

1. Did you make any changes before the issue occur?
2. Have you tried with another account? Was the issue persisting?
3. Kindly correct me if my understanding was wrong. The issue behavior was that after you have changed the second language(from language box on task bar), but every time when you clicked the mouse and tried to type in the second language, it showed up the main language.
   Could you please confirm when it prompted the Greek keyboard to type, was the language box showing as the same choice?
4. You could check the value under following path, which defines the keyboard layout
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload
