IoT Central App does not load Device page
I am having issue loading Device page on IoT Central. I need to get to this device page to get the connection string/key information. Spinning wheel keeps spinning and page doesn't load. I tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox & Edge). None of them work. All other pages load properly.

Are you using Legacy Application? -

2020-07-15T16:37:03.873+00:00 Hello Ashok,
Yes it was working earlier. I was able to get to the devices. Since yesterday I am not able see it.
I will try restarting my machine/browsers.As far as Application template, I am really not sure. The application was created by our Subscription Admin and handed over to us. From the Application itself, is there any way I can confirm this ?

2020-07-16T14:01:48.573+00:00 @Roopak Ingole If app version=2 it is a legacy app, if version=3, it is latest. I tried multiple times but unable to reproduce your issue. I can see the devices page without any problem in my application.
Can you please try again now by following all the above suggested troubleshooting steps and report back?

2020-07-23T20:08:36.213+00:00 I went through the troubleshooting steps.
Only thing worked was opening up the iotcentral on another laptop. This tells me that there must be something on my machine that is blocking to open up the device pop-up. I made sure that I disabled adblocker and pop-up blocker.how can I send you @AshokPeddakotla-MSFT private message with my application ID?

2020-08-24T18:13:24.847+00:00 This error is the result of the browser failing to fetch from the back end. Our Product team is working on providing a fix/update for a more graceful & cleaner error message when the client appears to be offline or a fetch API call fails.
Meanwhile, suggest you to double check your network connection, as well as any firewalls that could be blocking the requests.
