How to reduce cost of Azure Blockchain Workbench in development phase?

Hi guys, we are really new to blockchain implementations and more to azure blockchain workbench. We are currently testing HelloBlockchain samples and others available on github. However, Azure Blockchain Workbench is not very economical to use at development time.

This is why I would like to know if there is any way to stop the services so that the cost is not increased, alternatives for local tests such as a VM or something like that.

In some forums I have read that the only alternative would be to automate via scripting the creation and removal of the Blockchain environment so as not to generate costs in the dead times of research or development.

Creating the environment only when used and deleting it again when not in use. But it doesn't sound very cool.

If you have suggestions it will be very helpful.

Since we do not have full availability of time dedicated to the project, this is what it cost us to be able to test the HelloBlockchain.

@AlejandroBentezAragn-9760 The cost of Blockchain Workbench is an aggregate of the cost of the underlying Azure services. Pricing information for Azure services can be calculated using the pricing calculator. There is no straight forward way to reduce to 0$ consumption when you are not using Azure Blockchain Workbench though, each service has it's configurations that allows you to spend the less as possible in your Azure Subscription.
