Receiving Synchronization health messages every couple of hours but we don't have Azure AD Connect

Hi,

We are receiving Synchronization health messages every couple of hours but we don't have Azure AD Connect and we have never implement it. When I check the audit log in azure ad it shows 3 sync messages but we don't have ad running.
