Azure Credits - not available when signed in to Visual Stuio Portal (no "Azure" Tile)

Hi there.

I have a Visual Studio Professional (MPN) subscription, but when I sign into the VS Portal to try and try to activate the Azure Credit, by clicking the button "Activate YOur Credits" (on this page: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/pricing/member-offers/credit-for-visual-studio-subscribers/)

.. the "Azure Tile" simply isn't visible. Note - the "Azure Tile" is specifically referred to (and shown as a screen shot), in this link
