Merge two different Azure Data Lake Storage Account under one subscription.

Hi There,

I have two Storage accounts the old ADLS Gen1 under one Management Group and subscription and another new ADLS Gen 2 under entirely different Management Group and another subscription.
Now, the requirement is to have complete data (Gen1 + Gen2) under one subscription i.e. under ADLS Gen2 account so as to have one source of data for analysis and one subscription for billing. We finally need to remove ADLS Gen1 account.
Can some please suggest a way how can I move complete Gen1 account and its data (approx 380 GB) under the new ADLS Gen2?
Is there a way I can merge the two accounts into one for single billing channel by using its metadata?

I don't think the merging accounts is possible. You might need to copy data from Gen1 to Gen2 using Azure data factory. There is a special document on the migration which describes approaches on how to migrate and then cut off Gen1
