Bingmaps route API's - limiting vehicle speed?

Utilizing the Route API, a project with waypoint optimization. Is there a more appropriate API where I can also limit the speed of the vehicle? I'm seeing in TruckRouting where there is an avoid=highway option, but not directly seeing how I can limit the travel speed of the vehicle as they navigate the waypoints.

    I don't see any option to limit the max speed of a truck in Bing Maps documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/routes/calculate-a-truck-route

    The Azure Maps routing service does however have this feature as documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/maps/route/getroutedirections See the vehicleMaxSpeed option
