Hello just curious would i need any additional license to be able to create a b2b user to add to a security group for sharepoint permission.
@stavros mitchell You don't need any license to add B2B user or to allow that user to create security group. Not sure how you are going to assign SharePoint permissions, for which you might need SharePoint Online license but from Azure AD perspective, you don't need any license.

One more question does the 1:5 ratio apply here. For every licensed user i can create 5 B2B users
@stavros mitchell 1:5 applies if you are using a feature which requires license. For example, guest users are using a feature which requires Azure AD P2 license, you would need 1 P2 license for 5 guest users. But to add B2B user and allow that user to create security group, you don't need any license so 1:5 will not apply in this case.
