how can with key ID unlock my bitlocker

Hi

I have recovery key ID, but in the prompt command in the first boot blue page, i cannot unlock my drive, and I don't know how I do it because i have no access to my Windows

i tried with manage-bde unlock volume c:

But any password I wrote doesn't work.

In my Microsoft account, didn't attach any information about this BitLocker.
