OperaGXsetup virus - does anyone know how to remove it?

I recently started having a problem with this virus. It sometimes will open a pop-up (I mostly use Firefox, no extensions) and quickly downloads operaGXsetup multiple times.
I've since removed 2 trojans and enabled the option to select where a download goes (which has prevented more downloads).
My question is does anyone know what I am dealing with? Also, what is my best course of action?
