Cloud secuirty group in Entra ID not giving me access to add members. I have full access to groups and users and applications . Only one security group behaving this way , unable to add the members in the group.

Verify that this group is not role-assignable, in which case you would need elevated access to modify the membership.
What roles do you have in the tenant? And what role are you using to modify groups?

If the group is mail-enabled, you cannot manage members via the Entra portal. Although you should see a big banner in this case... too big to miss :)
