    Hi Kardak Anjali Ravindra,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you have successfully entered all required details for your Microsoft Azure free trial account and charge was deducted from your credit card for verification, this is a normal part of the process. here you need to know:

When signing up for an Azure free trial, a small amount (usually around $1) may be temporarily authorized on your credit card to verify its validity.

This is not an actual charge and will be re credited within 3 to 5 business days. 2.During the free trial, you won’t any charges unless you exceed the free usage limits or choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. 3.The free trial generally gives you $200 in credits to use within the first 30 days.

If you are facing problem with azure account after completing the sign-up process, please try with below steps

Check that you are not using another Azure subscription with the same details, as this can stop you from creating a new free trial account. 5.Double-check that all the personal details like (email, address, phone number) you entered during sign-up are correct any mistakes will face problems with your account creation.

If you think there is a mistake or the charge is not refunded, contact Microsoft Azure support or create a billing support ticket 7.Visit the Azure Support Ticket page to create a new support request. Select “Billing” as the issue type and provide as much information as possible about your account and billing concerns.
