No "AI Components" in Settings on Snapdragon and Lunarlake system

Hi,
I have a Qualcomm Snapdragon XElite and an Intel Lunarlake system. Both systems comes with NPU. I have verified my Windows update is already up to date. Please find the below Winver version.
Win11 Pro Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.3194)
However, in both systems, Settings page, I can't find "AI Components" option. I checked the system32 folder and these files are not there as well:
WSAIFabricvc
workloadsesssionhost.exe
workloadsessionmanager.exe
May I know how to install/enable "AI components" in settings page and install the above mentioned binaries?
