Hi @Jarrod Davis ,
Welcome to our forum!
Have you ever used the Classic version of Outlook before?
If not, for example, the New Outlook for Windows is pre-installed on a new device and doesn't come with classic Outlook, you can try to install Classic Outlook for Windows. More information: You can't open classic Outlook on a new Windows PC.
If you have switched to New Outlook from Classic Outlook, it's suggested that you could try the below registry:
- From the Windows Start Menu, type “Registry Editor” in the search box and select the Registry Editor app.
- Navigate to the following path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences
- Scroll to the bottom of the list to and double click on UseNewOutlook.
- Enter 0 in the Value Data field.
- Attempt to launch classic Outlook for Windows from the Windows Start Menu. (Tip: Remember to choose the app icon that doesn't have a New tag.)
(Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
Hope to help you!
