How to reset my authentication app as I am the only user/admin

I have my own business email through godaddy and it’s linked to Microsoft 365. I am the only owner/user/admin and I can’t gain access to my emails as it keeps wanting me to authenticate through the app. The problem is I don’t have access and I am unable to log in to register the email to the authentication app and just keep going round in circles.
