Hi everyone, I’m currently enrolled in Microsoft’s Founders Hub program and trying to redeem the Azure credits for my startup. However, I keep getting stuck on the step where it asks me to “Link your Microsoft Account.” Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. I’m signed into the Founders Hub with my email on which I got the credits confirmation.
  2. When I click “Activate Azure” or “Redeem Credits,” I’m prompted to link a Microsoft account as shown below User's image
  3. I am lost what should I do now as it is not sharing where should I link the account?

I’m not sure if I need a completely different Microsoft account or if there’s a specific step I’m missing to link my existing email.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or know the proper steps to link an account successfully? Any tips or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
