After uploading the exercise files, I am unable to perform any functions/tasks on the downloaded file as it says "working on it".

Hi,
I have been downloading files from exercises (Power BI training modules) for practicing but I am unable to perform any exercise on these files as I keep getting a message that says " Working on it". I have downloaded PowerBI Desktop and am able to open the app but am not able to practice anything.
