Based on the description, I understand your question is related to black screen.
Press and hold the power button until the laptop completely shuts off. Disconnect USB drives, printers, external monitors... Press the power button again to turn your laptop back on.
Put the loading machine in safe mode, and then check if you can boot:
If you can access Safe Mode, try uninstalling the most recent update:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View update history. Select Uninstall updates and remove the most recent update.
If none of the above steps work, you might need to reset your PC:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Select Reset this PC and choose whether to keep your files or remove everything.
