Login with Administrator account to download the Office support tool to help you uninstall Office from PC completely:

After uninstalling, please go to registry editor and check if the keys are clean, if not remove manually:
NOTE: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
Open the Registry Editor (press Windows + R, type regedit), navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office
and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office
, and rename or delete Office-related registry entries.
Then delete temporary files from PC: Press Win+R
, type %temp%
, and delete all temporary files. Also, clean the C:\Windows\Temp
folder.
