Why Are My Founder's Hub Credits Not Being Used?

We have been using Azure services to develop our cloud application for several years, using a "pay-as-you-go" plan. A few months ago, I applied to the MS Founder's Hub and was granted $5,000 in Azure credits. I linked our Azure account to the Founder's Hub, and indeed, I can see that our "pay-as-you-go" plan has been made inactive, and a Sponsorship plan is now active, which I thought was correct:

Azure Plans

However, we are still seeing charges come through our account:

Azure Bill

And our Founder's Hub shows that zero credits have been used:

Can someone please tell me if I've done anything wrong, or what department of MS to contact to get this sorted out??

I would suggest that you drain the current account being debited of all the funds it has, and on the next deduction, when it fails, it would automatically try deducting from your MS azure sponsored subscription
