Unable to connect to Azure Data Factory with Azure DevOps server 2022

Trying to Setup the git repository for the Azure Data factory to the On-premise Azure DevOps Server 2020 version. we follow the steps in the Microsoft documentation. But we are getting the below error.

- Verify that your Azure DevOps Server is accessible from Azure Data Factory.

Azure DevOps Server used here is 2022 version.
- I checked the PAT (It has full access provided).
- Tried with New PAT also it was failed with same error.
- May I know what the standard URL format for DevOps Server.
- How to know Azure DevOps Server is using NTLM authentication or not? Could you please share the documentation on how to verify the Azure Devops Server is accessible from Azure Data factory.

We are using the Azure DevOps Server 2022 version. As per the Microsoft documentation Azure DevOps Server is compatible with Azure Data factory from 2022 version onwards.
- Checked the PAT. It was provided with full access
- Created a new PAT and try to connect ADF and DevOps server. same issue is again reflecting
- May I know what the standard URL format for the Azure DevOps Server. If you have any documentation. Please share to us.
- How to verify Azure DevOps Server is accessible from Azure Data factory or not? Any documentation. share to us.
- How to find the Azure DevOps Server is using the which authentication model for the Azure data factory?
