Hello, when people send me email they automatically receive the following message : Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

ã…¤@hotmail.com A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. If the problem continues, contact your email admin.

But I receive their message how can we delete this automatic message as this email is "my" email account I use for many many years and I want to keep it as my main email.
