More than 2865 messages from Office 365 using connector "connector to inception api' have been deferred for more than one hr. what does this mean ?

    When messages are deferred in Office 365, it means that the messages are temporarily held in a queue and not delivered immediately. This might be due to some issues with the "connector to inception API" connector. I would suggest you check the connector settings and the network connectivity between Office 365 and the destination server on the path the connector is routing through.

    You can also check the network hop where it is failing by reviewing the deferred reason in the Queued messages report in the new Exchange admin center in Exchange Online
