Getting Auto scale down failed in Azure service bus due to flaping

Question

We are facing the service bus issue downscaling issue, there was flapping error while downscaling the instance count from 2 to 1 only, however when the downscaling operation is for any other instance count it is working correctly

Kindly suggest how to fix the issue.

Hi,

May be you are using Service Bus Premium with partitioning enabled which does not allow going down below 2 units. The minimum depends on the number of partitions.
