I am stuck in the Authenticator infinite loop and cannot access accounts

I am the only admin for my 365 Business Account. I purchased a new iPhone and do not have the old phone. When I try to access my 365 accounts, I receive the message to use Authenticator. However, every time I try to do that I end up in this infinite loop where it keeps asking me to use Authenticator. I am unable to use other login methods for some reason. I need help.
