To export a list of all the resources in your Azure subscription along with their corresponding Tier or SKU, you can use the Azure resource Graph. Azure resource Graph allows you to query and explore your Azure resource at scale.
Go to Azure Portal and search for "Resource Graph Explorer" and open it.
