Last time we had to do this via support ticket now its making me post here. We want to request higher limits for our AI Speech resource. I'm not posting the extra info needed until i hear back from an engineer.

It sounds like you're looking to increase the concurrent connection limits for your AI Speech resource.

For the Standard (S0) pricing tier, the default limit is 100 concurrent requests, but this can be adjusted by submitting a support request. Please follow these steps:

Steps to Request a Quota Increase:

Ensure you have the required information, including your Azure resource details and whether you're using a base or custom model.

Go to the Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com

Select your Speech service resource where you want to increase the concurrency request limit.

In the Support + troubleshooting section, select New support request.

In the Summary field, describe your request (e.g., "Increase speech-to-text concurrency request limit").

In Problem type, select Quota or Subscription issues.

In Problem subtype, choose one of the following:

Quota or concurrent requests increase (for an increase request).

Quota or usage validation (to check the existing limit).

Click Next: Solutions and proceed with the request creation.

On the Details tab, in the Description field, enter:

A note that the request is about the Speech-to-Text quota.

Whether you're using a base or custom model.

Your Azure resource details and any other relevant information.

On the Review + create tab, click Create.

Note the support request number in the Azure portal notifications. Microsoft Support will contact you shortly regarding your request.

Yea that works when they let you create a ticket... but if you can't create a ticket you get redirected here...

They clearly have not thought through this scenario.

Hi Nick Capito,

Developer is still allowed to create billing and quota related questions. I have a subscription that does not have an active plan, yet I am still able to submit a quota request without any restrictions. This indicates that an active plan is not a prerequisite for requesting quota increases. and Please check with admin to create support ticket for raising quota.

click on support + troubleshoot and search for quota, select service and subscription limits,

By hitting next you will get this option, and click on create a request support,

In new support request under problem description, Select the respective options,

click next and submit

I did all of this yesterday and i disagree. They have changed their support plans so now if you just have developer you can not file a support ticket. And now, people who don't want to pay $100/month can't increase their quota without posting to a public forum....

Hello @Nick Capito Apologies for the experience you are seeing, as my peer called out earlier in the thread that the new experience for Developer support plan is only for technical cases and you should be able to create a support ticket for subscription management, quota related issues.

That said we understand the feedback you are sharing that you are not able to create the ticket, will certainly want to help you here to unblock. We would need some additional details from your to further dive into this issue, we will be reaching out to you via private message on this thread.
