unable to configure mobile outlook app for on-premise exchange server

We are unable to configure mobile outlook app for on-premise exchange server 2019 ( 15.2.1544.14) email accounts for all staff. Mobile app is not contacting our exchange server instead going to office365/outlook for authentication.

Kindly help with it.

    If the mobile phone is unable to contact the Exchange server automatically through the Autodiscover service, you'll need to set up the mobile phone manually. Manual setup requires the user's email address and password, as well as the Exchange ActiveSync server name.
