I think your azure flexible PostgreSQL server is unresponsive, may be due to a service outage, resource exhaustion, or maintenance. First, check the Azure Status Page and Service Health in the portal for regional issues.
Try restarting the server using the CLI:
az postgres flexible-server restart --name prop-server --resource-group prop_rg
If the server is missing or unreachable, check if it appears in the resource list:
az postgres flexible-server list --resource-group prop_rg
Review Activity Logs, Metrics, and Diagnostic Logs for signs of forced maintenance or throttling. If HA is enabled, attempt a failover via CLI. Verify firewall rules, private endpoints, and quotas to rule out network issues.
If you can't create a support request in the portal, try using the Azure CLI or contact Microsoft Support directly via their website. If the issue persists and no outage is reported, escalation may be required.
