Auditing Unused Entra External ID information and usage

Question

How can we audit and get detailed information about which Entra External ID and B2C tenants are no longer used?

Because the https://portal.azure.com/#browse/Microsoft.AzureActiveDirectory%2Fb2cDirectories it does not show which Resource Group it is located in and also who the members of those B2C tenants are.

I Understand that you want to identify and get the information of an unused Entra External ID Tenant and B2C Tenants.

To locate a B2C Tenant and its associated Resource Group in Azure, as well as tenant resources, follow these steps:

Navigate to the B2C Tenant and Resource Group in the Azure Portal:

1. Log in to the Azure Portal: Go to the Azure Portal. Navigate to "All Resources": Use the filter option to set the resource type to "B2C". This will display all resources related to Azure B2C, including the B2C tenants.

To find the last used timeframe of an B2C tenant, you can view the Last Activity of the B2C Tenant:

To find the timestamp and the last seen activity of your Azure B2C Tenant using the Activity Log:

1. Log in to the Azure Portal.
2. Navigate to "All Resources": Click on one of the B2C tenant, then select Activity Log.
3. In the Activity Log, you can view the timestamps, which will show the last activity time and the last recorded activity for the tenant.
