Based on my research, there is no print button in the screen where the appointment is opened separately. However, you may print a single appointment by going to Calendar>Select the day of the appointment>Print>Edit the detailed options>Print>Select the location>OK, as shown in the figure below:
If you do not see the Print option, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the New Outlook to see if there is any difference. If the option is still missing, here are some other workarounds you may refer to:
- Use the Browser Print Option: Log your account on the web, you can use your browser's print function (usually found under the browser menu or by pressing
Ctrl+P
on Windows orCmd+P
on Mac). - Copy and Paste: Copy the content of your appointment and paste it into a Word document or another text editor, then print from there.
