I am trying to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, but I keep receiving the following error:
"We can't continue with the signup process right now due to an internal server error. Please try again later." MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-393b-4d4b-aaee-8e0e95d22efa
Error Code: 50001
What I Have Tried:
- Used a real phone number (tried three different numbers).
- Tried signing up with multiple Microsoft accounts.
- Cleared browser cache & cookies.
- Used different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Incognito Mode).
- Attempted sign-up on different devices and networks (home WiFi, mobile hotspot, VPN).
- Waited and retried after several hours.
Additional Info:
- My Microsoft accounts are in good standing (no past issues).
- I am signing up from Canada.
- I need access to the Microsoft 365 Developer program to practice Azure AD, Office 365 administration, and domain synchronization.
Could someone from Microsoft confirm if this issue is due to an IP restriction, temporary server issue, or account-related block? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
