Compliance API is not available in app registration

I am trying to create a Power BI dashboard for compliance data through the API by registering the app in Entra ID, but while giving API access in app registration, I have not found "Compliance. Read all." Please assist me on this issue.

There is no "Compliance. Read all." scope for the Graph API, nor any other API you can leverage for M365, afaik. In fact, large parts of the Compliance features within the 365 suite are still not exposed via the Graph API and you might have to rely on PowerShell instead.

I am looking for a DLP policy status, eDiscovery Cases, Compliance Score, DLP Logs & Alerts & MIP-related data (sensitive labels, data files, etc.).

No such API I'm afraid. DLP is not covered at all by the Graph, you need PowerShell for that. eDiscovery cases are covered by: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/ediscovery-ediscoveryapioverview?view=graph-rest-beta

Compliance score is not covered, for logs and alerts you can use the Security alerts endpoint: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/security-list-alerts_v2?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

Sensitivity labels are partially covered by https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/security-informationprotection-list-sensitivitylabels?view=graph-rest-beta&tabs=http
