    Enable Copilot in SharePoint Online

    • Automatic Availability: Copilot agents are automatically enabled in all SharePoint sites. Users can create additional agents tailored to specific tasks, such as summarizing documents or answering questions about selected content.
    • Scope Content: Define the folders or document libraries that Copilot agents should analyze. This ensures the AI is "grounded" in relevant data, improving accuracy and relevance.

    As per my knowledge, Using SharePoint content for generative answers is recommended by Microsoft.
