I can't add a new MailFrom address after I create an email communication service, I don't know why.

The Add button is disabled, I can't add an additional email address with the domain "klikcklaar.com" except a default address created by azure.

If you know the reason, please give me a reply. Thank you very much!

    Azure Communication Services resource is on the default throttling tier, adding additional MailFrom addresses is not permitted. To enable this feature, please consider upgrading your sending limits.

    A recent update to the Email Communication Services now restricts the creation of new MailFrom addresses and the enabling of engagement tracking if you are on the default throttling limit.
