I am the only Admin on an Exchange Service and can not authenticate using the Auth App

I am unable to sign into my Global Admin account for Exchange Services. I am the only Admin on this account and blocked entirely.

I changed my phone which removed the MFA for this account on my Authenticator App.

I need the current MFS method for my Tenant either updated with my phone number as an alternative authentication method or to have my MFA reset so I can recover or setup a new MFA authentication method.

The Admin email for Exchange services is email removed for privacy reasons

Please advise

    These are the ways I can think of -

    1. If you purchased from a reseller, ask the reseller, via delegated admin, to reset your account
    2. See if you can authenticate via other means

    Just had a friend of a friend who had the same problem as you, it took her about 2 weeks to get this settled after successfully logging a ticket.
