I cannot redeem key for Microsoft 365 Business Premium (no Teams) from my Partner Success Core Benefits subscription

bought a new Partner Success Core Benefits subscription because the old Microsoft Action Pack is not available anymore, but I cannot redeem product key for Microsoft 365 Business Premium (no Teams) and Teams Enterprise.

Since January, Microsoft appears a message in the top of the page Benefits | Cloud services https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/benefits/cloud which writes: "We are currently facing issues with four new benefit SKUs in European markets—Teams Enterprise, Microsoft 365 E5 (without Teams), Microsoft 365 Business Premium (without Teams), and Microsoft 365 E3 (without Teams). Our team is actively working on a resolution (expected early next week). We will remove the banner once the issue is resolved." I tried to redeem key from Microsoft 365 Business Premium (no Teams) product but I get en error "You cannot redeem this product key based on the subscriptions you currently have."

I sent a request to Microsoft Support Center about the problem, but I didn't get any answer. My old Action Pack subscription expiring soon, and I will lose the 5 licenses of Microsoft Office 365 E3.

When Microsoft will fix this issue with the new licenses?

Does anyone have a similar issue?

    Today I checked my Partner Center again. There was a change to yesterday: When selecting the M365 E3 (No Teams) licenses, there was a new drop-down in the key generation mask which let me choose to receive the normal license or the EEA license for european countries.

    I was able to redeem my licenses by selecting the EEA option. I hope it works for you too.

    I received an email from Microsoft Support... "...we are expecting resolution by February 28, 2025".User's image
