Founder's Hub Azure Credit Expiration

As a part of Level 4 in the Startup Founder's Hub, we received $150k in Azure Credits.

We have currently used $83,953 out of $150,000 credits within the first year, yet the credits are about to expire on 5th March 2025 and I received an automated e-mail about an upcoming conversion to a pay-as-you-go account.

I wasn't able to find any other place in Azure support to submit my question: How can we request an extension of this credit by additional 12 months?

I am not sure whether this is related when considering our request, but just a week ago, we had full 10/10 score in the Verification checklist, however how we were asked to renew business, domain and email verification, but I am getting an error when trying to upload a new domain verification document: "errors": [{"message": "OneVet evidence creation encountered an error","code": "bv-onevet-error-adding-docs"}]

Can you, please, advise?

    Hi PAVOL BUJNAK,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To address your situation regarding the expiration of Azure credits and the verification issues you’re encountering:

For startups enrolled in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, Azure credits generally expire one year after activation. Typically, extending these credits requires moving up a level within the program. However, since you are already at Level 4—the highest tier—this option may not be applicable. It’s also important to note that startups at the $150K level do not receive an extension on their credits.

Please go through the following docs,

Regarding the domain verification issue, the error message "OneVet evidence creation encountered an error" suggests a technical problem with the document upload process. To resolve this and maintain your eligibility for program benefits, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. You can submit a support request directly through the Founders Hub.
