I need to pay an overdue bill that says I need to contact an Azure representative

Good morning, 

I'm trying to pay an overdue bill, I've already changed my payment method as my previous card got cloned, but it says I need to get in contact with Azure Support to pay it. I sent them an email and told me to do this.

Could someone please help me with this?

Note: Only the account administrator has the ability to settle overdue charges in the Azure portal. If you are not the administrator, please reach out to them for assistance.

. If you need help settling your "Pay on overdue bill," you can contact the Azure billing team at any time by creating a support request. The support ticket will allow you to collaborate directly with the engineers for a prompt resolution to your issue.
